PREVENTIVE EVALUATION OF RECOGNITION OF EXAMS
In order to request a preliminary evaluation of exam recognition for career shortening, the student must send a self-certification (art. 46 D.P.R. 28/12/2000 n. 445) dated and signed of:
  • exams taken with indication of SSD (Settore Scientifico Disciplinare, disciplinary-scientific area), grade and corresponding university credits (ECTS);
  • if already graduated, graduation grade;
  • links to the programs of the taken exams
  • copy of an identity document.
The Student Practice Committee will evaluate your previous career and any exams to be recognized.

REQUEST FOR CREDIT RECOGNITION
Period in which to make the request
: from 14.07.2021 to 15.10.2021 (to 15.12.2021 in case of late registration), as per the Academic Calendar.
To request exam recognition for career shortening it is necessary to fill out the appropriate form and send it to ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it with the indicated attachments. In the subject line of the email, please write "EXAM RECOGNITION" and the name of the bachelor degree/master degree course.
In addition to the above-mentioned forms, it is necessary to attach in a single submission also the possible documentation required by each degree course (see points 27 and 28 of the Regulations of each course of study: Web page of the course > The Course > Teaching regulations).

Once the above-mentioned documentation has been received, the payment slips will be uploaded in the Esse3 reserved area ("Payments" section) in order to pay the virtual revenue stamp of €16 and the fixed contribution for the career evaluation request of €200 through the PAGO PA payment system.
The above payments are not refundable under any circumstances.

The documentation will be sent to the commissions responsible for the evaluation once the above payments have been made.
