The University of Verona, in compliance with the principles of Legislative Decree no. 82 of 7 March 2005, as amended and supplemented. (Digital Administration Code) and of Law Decree no. 5 of 9 February 2012, "Semplifica Italia", converted into law, with amendments, by art. 1, paragraph 1, Law no. 35 of 4 April 2012, provides bodies of the Italian Public Administration and public service providers, for the performance of their institutional tasks, with direct and free telematic access to academic-related information relating to their students and graduates, through the Esse3 PA database.
Public Administrations and public service providers interested in using the database must:
Authorised users will be able to access the database after receiving their login details (these will be sent to the personal institutional e-mail address of the persons in charge).

In order to verify declarations, in Esse3 PA it is possible to enter the PA code shown at the top right of the self-certification produced, the declarant's personal data or the tax code.

If some data are not in the database, or if the search was unsuccessful, please write to the University's PEC – Certified Email (ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it) putting “Dati non presenti in Esse3 PA” or “esito negativo della ricerca” in the subject line. Please include in the message all the academic information you have on the person for whom you are requesting verification.
Please note that the Esse3 PA database does not contain academic information about students prior to the 2009/2010 academic year.
In the case of a request for verification submitted by a private individual or company, the request must be submitted by e-mail and be accompanied by the written consent of the person(s) who issued the declaration in lieu of certification and/or affidavit.
A scanned copy (front and back) of a valid identity document of the person(s) making the declaration in lieu of certification and/or affidavit must be attached to the consent form.
Requests must be sent to the University's PEC – Certified Email (ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it) or, if not sending the message from a PEC account, to: ufficio.protocollo@univr.it, putting "verifica delle autocertificazioni" in the subject line and including in the message all the academic information you have on the person for whom you are requesting verification.
