How to configure shared mailboxes for access with MFA – Windows

  1. Enter the e-mail address of the shared mailbox, the password of your personal GIA account and press 'Continue'.
    .
  2. Click 'Configure Manually', enter the table parameters as shown below, then click Done.

      Nome utente

    Server in uscita nome.cognome@univr.it

  3. Enter your GIA login details, then click Login with GIA

     
  4. Choose your preferred MFA authentication method (Totp via app or Otp via e-mail)
  5. Enter the security code you have received, then click Login to access your mailbox.

  6. 6. Complete the procedure by clicking Done.
