How to configure Microsoft Exchange for use with MFA - Ipad

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Exchange app from the Apple Store.
  2. Select "Microsoft Exchange" and enter your e-mail address then click Login.
      
  3. Enter your GIA login details
  4. Choose your preferred MFA authentication method (Totp via app or Otp via Email)
  5. Enter the security code you have received, then click Login.

  6. Choose what to synchronise (contacts, etc.) and click Continue to complete the configuration and access the mailbox.
