How to configure Outlook for MFA - Android

  1. Download and install the Outlook app from the Play Store.
  2. Choose "Add Account", enter your e-mail address and click on "Continue".
  3. Enter your GIA login details
  4. Choose your preferred MFA authentication method (TOTP via app or OTP via e-mail)
  5. Enter the code you have received and click on “Login” to access Outlook.
