How to configure your mailbox via Exchange for MFA – Mac

  1. Open the e-mail client, select Exchange as the provider for the mail account and click Continue.
  2. Enter your name and e-mail address, then click 'Login' on the next two screens.
     
  3. Enter your GIA login details, then click on “Login with GIA”.
  4. Choose your preferred MFA authentication method (Totp via app or Otp via Email)
  5. Enter the security code you have received and click Login to access your mailbox.

  6. Complete the procedure by clicking Accept and then Done.
