Activity

We are responsible for:
  • Managing relations with the State Attorney and the investigation of legal practices.
  • Managing the various phases of litigation: labour litigation, defence in court, dispute resolution out of court and debt collection.
  • Supporting the Disciplinary Board and taking care of disciplinary procedures against academic, technical and administrative staff.
  • Providing legal opinions.
