Coordination, collection and elaboration of data concerning students, teaching staff and technical-administrative personnel to be sent to the MIUR statistics office, in order to supply information in support of the national and international monitoring and evaluation of the university system.
Surveys to assess the quality of teaching and services to students and teachers in order to assess the efficiency and efficacy of the provision of the service through analysis of the problem, preparation of a questionnaire, collection and elaboration of the data and preparation of the final report.
Monitoring of strategic variables in order to prepare indicators in support of decisions made by the governing bodies.
