Activity

The Logistics group oversees many transversal functional services and ensures university buildings and the activities carried out within them are correctly managed. Specifically, we manage:
  •  Student insurance policies and accident reports.
  •  Carparking contracts and active rental contracts.
  •  Disbursement of company benefits (crèche, transport tickets and meal vouchers).

Operational units

Contracts for Supplies and Services Unit
This unit is responsible for managing:
  •  Contracts for the provision of stationery, other consumables and sanitary supplies.
  •  Contracts for the supply of furnishings and other equipment.
  •  Contracts for removals, porterage and the storage of relocatable furniture.
  •  Contract for food vending machines.
  •  Contracts for mail collection and distribution, and security.
 
 
Reception Unit
The Reception Unit is involved in:
  • Coordinating reception services provided by both permanent and outsourced positions.
  •  Sourcing and maintenance of uniforms for reception staff.
  •  Managing the university cars in terms of logistics and administration.
  •  Providing logistic support for conferences, meetings and other events and organising the university spaces required.
