Is the questionnaire mandatory?

Answer
No, it isn't. The questionnaire has to be fulfilled only once, before the subscription to any exam on Esse3. Furthermore, it is anonymous.

I have completed the whole questionnaire but the software requires that I submit the questionnaire again. If I retry, a message reads: “You have already completed this questionnaire”. What should I do?

Answer
Most probably, the computer system has not correctly recorded your answers. Please send an "unlock" request to the Support Service (see email address above), specifying your username and title of the completed questionnaire (first-year students or students in their second year onwards; Italian or English).

I cannot open the questionnaire, I only see a blank page

Answer
It may be a browser problem (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari): just refresh by pressing the F5 button or by clicking on the icon "reload the current page" highlighted by the symbol with the circular arrow.

Which browser could I use to complete the questionnaire?

Answer
You can use any of the most common browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. All of these will enable you to open and complete the questionnaire.

I have completed the questionnaire but I cannot register for a module/exam

Answer
You may be experiencing a technical problem. In this case, just send an email to goodpractice@ateneo.univr.it (indicating your username) to have it unlocked.
