Activity

This Head Office supports processes related to the University's general and institutional activities and oversees institutional matters concerning University bodies, committees, and organizational units, promoting best practices in drafting regulatory acts and supporting the institutional processes involved in the establishment, operation, and transformation of University units.

The Head Office:

  • coordinates strategic and operational planning activities and assists governing bodies with management control functions — through the implementation and management of the University data warehouse and related reporting — while providing support for University- and Department/Faculty-level strategic planning;
  • defines resource allocation models, trend analyses and benchmarking, while coordinating efficiency and customer satisfaction surveys;
  • provides operational support to bodies responsible for quality assurance in teaching, research, knowledge valorization, and services;
  • manages the administration of the University's central governing bodies, including overseeing the electoral processes for their formation;
  • also provides preparatory support regarding meetings and administrative acts for the Student Council, the Board of Auditors, the Unified Guarantee Committee, and the Student Ombudsman;
  • coordinates document management and regulatory-compliant archiving for all incoming and outgoing document flows, ensuring adherence to sector regulations and integrating internal information flows with administrative procedural responsibilities.

Our group manages statutory and regulatory obligations, oversees general and university affairs; supports the management of the university offices and presides over the functions of the official officer.

  • Fornisce supporto nella pianificazione strategica di Ateneo e di Dipartimento/Facoltà
  • Coadiuva gli organi di governo nelle funzioni di controllo di gestione, attraverso l'implementazione e la gestione del datawarehouse e del relativo reporting d'Ateneo
  • Supporta la creazione di modelli di allocazione delle risorse e cura analisi di trend e benchmarking, coordinando le indagini di efficienza e di customer satisfaction
