Activity

We take care of the administrative side of technical and administrative staff’s careers at the university as well as those of language-expert collaborators - applying related labour laws and labour contracts and agreements, and preparing regulations, circulars and explanatory notes. We also manage the application and selection procedures for recruiting permanent staff and occasional and continuous collaborations for the management structure.
 

Operational units

Teaching and Research staff Recruitment Unit

This unit manages the competitive application procedures for academic staff, managerial staff, technical administrative staff and language-expert collaborators.

Executive, Technical/Administrative and CEL staff Recruitment Unit
The Unit manages the recruitment and selection procedures for permanent and fixed-term positions of managerial staff, technical-administrative staff, collaborators and Language Collaborators and Experts (CEL), research technologists, and other forms of flexible work for the central administration.
Technical and Administrative Staff Unit

This unit is responsible for:

  •  Managing the career pathways of all university staff: managerial staff, technical and administrative staff and language-expert collaborators.
  •  Managing attendance, leave requests, authorisations, holidays and sick leave for managerial staff and technical and administrative staff.
  •  Managing mobility procedures for technical and administrative staff.
  •  Handling staff files in a flexible manner.
