Administration

Our group coordinates and oversees employee and non-employee wage payments and the related social security payments.

This unit is responsible for:

Managing remuneration for university employees, ensuring the correct taxes and contributions are applied.
Collaborating with the Tax and Social Security Control Unit to draft 770 and IRAP employee declaration forms.
Handling social security contribution requirements.
Preparing cost reports for staff for research projects.
Taking care of tax audits pursuant to Article 48bis of Regional Law no. 602/1973.
Managing INAIL self-payments and preparing the necessary data for the DMA.

This unit is responsible for:

Managing remuneration for non-employee workers and self-employed workers, ensuring the correct taxes and contributions are applied.
Handling social security contribution requirements.
Preparing cost reports for non-employee and self-employed workers for research projects.
Taking care of tax audits pursuant to Article 48bis of Regional Law no. 602/1973.
Overseeing the issuing of the Certificazione Unica and other tax certificates to external workers.
Handling the management of missions for the central administration.
