Our group is involved in computerising and streamlining university processes, managing existing software and developing and adding new services.

This unit is responsible for:

Planning, managing and developing all the new software applications that help improve the university’s information systems.
Introducing technology to design, distribute, select, manage and develop computer-based resources for distance learning.
Providing users with methodological support to guide them through the process.

This unit is responsible for:

Managing and customising information systems for degree programmes, the organisation of lessons and students’ academic records.
Providing users with methodological support to guide them through the process.

This unit is responsible for:

Taking care of and customising the management software used by the university, especially U-GOV.
Providing users with methodological support to guide them through the process.

Gruppo di Lavoro "Tecnologie Innovative per la Didattica": Il Gruppo di Lavoro “Tecnologie Innovative per la Didattica” promuove l’uso e la diffusione di strumenti e sistemi tecnologici per l’innovazione della didattica in un processo di formazione, accompagnamento e supporto all’uso.

TID gestisce l'infrastruttura tecnologica selezionando con cura gli strumenti attraverso un processo di verifica della qualità e dei risultati, offrendo servizi usabili ed efficienti, appositamente integrati nei sistemi informativi di Ateneo.

La didattica non può prescindere dall’avvalersi delle nuove tecnologie per affrontare importanti sfide del presente, come interpretare e sostenere l’apprendimento lungo tutto l’arco della vita (life-long learning) e in tutti i suoi contesti, formali e non formali (life-wide learning).

Un Ateneo – luogo per eccellenza della formazione – si trova pertanto ad essere coinvolto in un contesto evolutivo in cui l’innovazione tecnologica sia sempre più una pratica quotidiana e ordinaria al servizio dell’attività didattica in primis, ma anche delle procedure amministrative, sempre più coinvolte nel processo di dematerializzazione.
