Activity

Our group designs and manages the university help desk system to respond efficiently to all user needs while maintaining the highest standards of IT security.
 

Operational units

Administration and Multimedia ICT Services Unit
This unit is responsible for:
  •  Managing and configuring antivirus programmes for the university.
  •  Designing, implementing, maintaining and updating the online service desk.
  •  Installing, managing and assisting with computer workstations, whether in person or remotely.
  •  Maintaining audio-visual equipment.
  •  Preparing the technical specifications for IT supplies and services for the whole university.
  •  Analysing and proposing transversal solutions to multiple departments.
 
 
Humanities ICT Services Unit
This unit is responsible for:
  •  Installing, managing and assisting with computer workstations for the Humanities area, whether in person or remotely.
  •  Identifying suitable hardware and software for user needs and installing these on their computer devices.
Law and Economics ICT Services Unit
This unit is responsible for:
  •  Installing, managing and assisting with computer workstations for the Law and Economics area, whether in person or remotely.
  •  Identifying suitable hardware and software for user needs and installing these on their computer devices.
Life and Health Sciences ICT Services Unit
This unit is responsible for:
  •  Installing, managing and assisting with computer workstations for the Life and Health Sciences area, whether in person or remotely.
  •  Identifying suitable hardware and software for user needs and installing these on their computer devices.
 
 
Laboratorio CLA

L'unità operativa gestisce i laboratori dove vengono somministrati i test informatizzati di certificazione linguistica e la bibliomediateca.
